Pricing
Published plan prices are annual and exclusive of applicable taxes. Feature availability, AI calling capabilities, languages, integrations, and usage limits depend on the selected plan and the underlying technology providers. Custom requirements are quoted separately.
AI and Third-Party Services
AI voice and messaging features operate through supported third-party platforms (such as the WhatsApp Business Platform and Meta integrations) and are subject to those platforms' policies, permissions, and availability. Outbound calling and messaging are subject to applicable consent and regulatory requirements.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information, required approvals, and lawful content for their websites and AI agent knowledge bases, and for using automated communication features in compliance with applicable laws.
Intellectual Property
Website content and configurations created for a customer are governed by the applicable service agreement. RIDGELINE DIGI PARTNER retains rights to its proprietary tools, frameworks, and processes.
Limitation of Liability
Services are provided with professional care. To the extent permitted by law, RIDGELINE DIGI PARTNER is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered services or third-party platform changes.
